Australian surfer Mick Fanning is determined to sell his Coolangatta apartment block which he bought as an investment 14 years ago.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the 39-year-old delayed the auction of the property by a week, after buyers were struggling to get approvals from lenders.

By giving them more time, Mick had about 30 people inspect the block over the weekend.

There are two large apartments in the block and two granny flats, which means four potential income streams for buyers.

They are set to go under the hammer this weekend.
