She opted for a full-coverage make-up palette and styled her choppy golden bob in a straight fashion swept back away from her face.

With her two pictures, Gabby aimed to candidly show her 1.1million followers that cellulite can change due to ‘angles’ or how your skin appears ‘on contraction’.

‘I get messages asking ‘how do you not have any cellulite?’ ‘How can i get rid of cellulite’ etc.. I DO have it.. in fact, 85% of women over the age of 21 have it.. it is completely NORMAL.

‘Nobody should be body shamed or in hiding because of it. Slim people can have, its not about body fat% percentage, it can be hereditary, it can be down to your hormones!

‘It also can all comes down to angles or how appear on contraction! SEE ABOVE ❤️unfortunately, it is one of those things that some people consider an imperfection and can effect ones self esteem.. I wish it wasn’t the case!!’

The TV personality went on to explain that cellulite is very difficult to get rid of, but said there are things people can do to reduce it – only if they wanted to.

She gave her fans an array of helpful tips to reduce cellulite, including building muscle strategically, eating a cleaner diet and eating less processed foods.

Gabby explained: ‘Frustratingly, cellulite is tricky and stubborn to get rid of, You can’t spot-reduce fat, but you can build muscle strategically; there are things you can do to help reduce it, if you wanted to..

‘Training legs and targeting the hamstring and glutes will help target the fat around and help tighten the skin around that area, reducing cellulite appearance.

‘Eating a cleaner diet will also help reduce the build up of subcutaneous fat (under the skin)- essentially fat that builds in lumps rather than layers – eating less processed foods and less foods high in saturated fat will assist also!❤️

‘Shall I do a “CELLULITE ATTACK” workout?’

After her body confident speech, Gabby also admitted that she knows she ‘may not have as much cellulite as somebody else’.

It was revealed this week that travellers returning to the UK from the UAE will have to quarantine following a 52 per cent surge in the number of COVID -19 cases there.

New rules will require international travellers to come back negative after a PCR test before arriving in England. The rules will come into force from Friday.

From 4am on January 15, passengers arriving by boat, train or plane – including UK nationals – will have to take a test up to 72 hours before leaving the country.

They will need to present proof of a negative test result – using a PCR test or on some occasions a LAMP or lateral flow test – to their carrier on boarding while the UK Border Force will conduct spot checks on arrivals.

Passengers will still have to quarantine for 10 days regardless of their test results, transport minister Robert Courts said in a statement.

British nationals attempting to return home who test positive must not travel and must follow the local guidance in their host country, and contact the nearest consulate if they need support.
